Agricultural Engineer

Oversee and supervise agricultural site activities to ensure proper implementation of projects.Monitor daily operations on-site, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and agricultural teams to meet project objectives.Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure the work meets required standards.Resolve any technical issues that arise during field activities.Keep detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and issues encountered.Ensure timely completion of tasks within the allocated resources and deadlines.Promote best practices and innovative techniques in agricultural site management.  Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field.5 to 10 years of experience in agricultural site supervision or field operations.Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, irrigation systems, and pest management.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions.Good organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using MS Office and relevant agricultural management tools.Ability to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders.Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
