Job Purpose: -The Team Leader or Senior QS Engineer leads a small team of QS engineers, ensuring accurate quantity take-offs, variation preparation, and payment processing for assigned projects.Key Accountabilities: -• Prepare detailed bills of quantities and verify site measurements.• Assess variations and prepare supporting documentation.• Prepare client payment applications and review subcontractor payment certificates.• Maintain accurate records of quantities and variations.• Report progress and commercial issues to Section Head.• Assist in resolving quantity-related disputes with subcontractors.• Mentor junior QS engineers.
