This role is ideal for a radiologist, radiology technologist, radiology researcher, academic, or healthcare professional with strong radiology exposure who is passionate about AI in radiology, clinical research, medical education, scientific communication, training, publications, marketing, and business development.The AI and Radiology Researcher will play a key role in advancing Rology’s research, education, and clinical communication efforts, while supporting radiologist engagement, scientific content development, and Rology’s thought leadership in AI-assisted radiology and teleradiology.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support research initiatives, publications, abstracts, posters, scientific articles, and evidence-based educational materials related to AI in radiology, teleradiology, workflow optimization, diagnostic quality, and clinical impact.Develop high-quality scientific, clinical, and educational content for internal and external audiences.Prepare and deliver compelling medical, scientific, and educational presentations to small groups, large audiences, partners, and external stakeholders.Design, manage, and deliver medical education and training programs for radiologists, radiographers, clinicians, and healthcare partners.Manage radiologist acquisition, activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention to strengthen Rology’s medical network.Build and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, radiographers, clinicians, academic institutions, and key medical stakeholders.Contribute to conferences, webinars, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.Support marketing, business development, and growth initiatives by translating radiology expertise into clear, credible, and impactful scientific and commercial messaging.Collaborate closely with medical operations, product, AI, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure clinical accuracy and relevance across Rology’s initiatives.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in radiology, with a strong preference for candidates with additional experience in medical education, clinical training, research, publications, or business development.Background as a radiologist, radiology technologist, radiology academic, medical researcher, or healthcare professional with strong radiology exposure.Proven experience in medical training, teaching, workshops, scientific presentations, or educational program development.Experience in research, academic writing, publications, abstracts, posters, scientific articles, or clinical content development is highly preferred.Strong interest in AI in radiology, teleradiology, digital health, and the future of medical imaging.Demonstrable skills in networking, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in English and Arabic.Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations to both small groups and large audiences.Strong skills in public speaking, medical education, scientific communication, and content development.Ability to work independently with a high degree of resourcefulness, ownership, and self-motivation.Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and scientific integrity.How to Apply:Apply on LinkedIn or send your resume to jobs@rology.net with the job title in the subject line.Your cover letter is a key part of your application.
