The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, promoting listings, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, staying updated on market trends, and maintaining accurate property records to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and familiarity with real property regulationsStrong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Sales strategiesExcellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsEffective negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProficiency in property management tools and software is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in the Egyptian real estate market is advantageous
