Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing property listings, providing exceptional customer service, showing properties to clients, and negotiating contracts. The agent will also ensure compliance with local real estate regulations. Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate laws and regulationsProficient in Real Estate market trends and practices, including sales and property managementStrong Customer Service and Sales skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationshipsKnowledge of Real Property valuation and marketing techniquesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyPrevious experience in real estate is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
