Role Description This is a full-time, on-site entry-level role based in New Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The selected candidate will actively engage in property sales, assist clients in finding their ideal properties, and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include conducting property visits, providing market insights, negotiating deals, and ensuring legal and procedural compliance. The agent will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet client needs and contribute to the company's growth. Qualifications Possession of a Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends and property analysis.Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain a client base and close deals effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and provide excellent service.Ability to work independently yet collaborate effectively within a team setting.Open to fresh graduates; prior real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.Proficiency in basic computer and digital tools is preferred.
