Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market research, showcasing properties, building strong client relationships, and providing expert guidance through the transaction process. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, addressing clients' questions, and ensuring all legal documentation is in place for a seamless process. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate LicenseProficiency in Real Estate processes and understanding of Real PropertyStrong skills in Sales and negotiationExcellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationshipsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with the New Cairo property market is a plusFluency in Arabic and proficiency in English are advantageousProficiency with CRM tools and technology is a bonus
