The Real Estate Agent will engage in property sales, purchases, and rental transactions while building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include evaluating market trends, advising clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves showcasing properties, managing client inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate regulations. QualificationsPossess a valid Real Estate LicenseProficiency in Real Estate and Real Property market knowledgeStrong skills in Sales and negotiation techniquesExcellent Customer Service abilitiesAbility to maintain up-to-date knowledge of property regulations and market trendsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyPrevious experience in the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
