Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st 6 October for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for facilitating property sales, showcasing commercial spaces to potential buyers or tenants, maintaining positive client relationships, and providing expert advice on market trends and property values. The role also includes networking to generate leads, preparing property listings, and ensuring smooth transactions. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License with comprehensive knowledge of real estate regulations and practicesExperience in Real Estate transactions and managing Real PropertyProven skills in Sales and Customer Service to build relationships and close dealsStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in understanding and analyzing real estate market trendsAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in commercial real estate is an advantage
