Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st 6 October for a highly motivated Real Estate Salesperson. Responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, showcasing available commercial properties, negotiating sales transactions, and developing relationships with potential investors. The Real Estate Salesperson will manage client inquiries, seek new sales opportunities, and ensure an exceptional client experience. The individual will also contribute to market research and assist in devising strategies to enhance sales performance. Qualifications Proven expertise in Real Estate and Real Property managementA valid Real Estate License is requiredStrong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in commercial real estate is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
