Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Qesm 1st El Mansoura. The Real Estate Manager will oversee the leasing and management of properties, ensure compliance with lease agreements, and manage commercial and residential real estate operations. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating leases, ensuring properties meet legal requirements, and driving the profitability and efficiency of real estate assets. QualificationsStrong skills in Property Management and Lease AdministrationExperience with Leases and knowledge of lease agreementsProficiency in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate operationsSolid communication, negotiation, and client management abilitiesFamiliarity with local real estate market trends and legal regulationsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferredProven ability to work on-site and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders
