Role Description The Real Estate Media Buyer is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns for real estate clients across digital and traditional channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing media plans, negotiating and purchasing ad inventory, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. The Real Estate Media Buyer will collaborate closely with account managers, creatives, and analytics specialists to align media efforts with client objectives. The role also involves preparing reports, presenting insights, and staying current with media trends and real estate market dynamics.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Media Planning and Media Strategy skills to design effective, data-informed campaigns.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, optimize budgets, and improve campaign results.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, negotiate with vendors, and present findings clearly.Candidates should possess hands-on Media Buying experience, including negotiating rates, managing placements, and tracking delivery.Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and programmatic buying is highly beneficial.Background in real estate marketing or knowledge of the real estate industry is a strong advantage.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Nozha, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
