\Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis, for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, Especially in real estate industry , generating and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, managing client accounts, and collaborating with the internal team for business growth. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to develop strategies for expanding Octaholic’s market presence.QualificationsProven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.Real Estate experience is a must.Strong capabilities in Business and Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present, pitch, and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of driving results in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in digital marketing or related industries is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
