Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, driving property sales, preparing and presenting property listings, and identifying potential clients to expand our customer base. Additional tasks include understanding client needs, providing tailored recommendations, and collaborating with the broader sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Commitment to maintaining strong client relationships is essential to the role’s success. QualificationsProven expertise in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship managementIn-depth knowledge of the real estate market and New Cairo areasStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to identify client needs and offer customized real estate solutionsProficiency in time management and problem-solvingSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving targetsExperience with CRM software and understanding of digital sales tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferredFluency in English and Arabic is an advantageAvailability to work on-site and meet clients in New Cairo
