The Real Estate Sales Agent will support clients throughout the property search and purchase journey, including understanding client needs, presenting suitable properties, and arranging property viewings. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available projects, explaining key features, pricing, and payment plans, and guiding clients through the sales process. The agent will handle inquiries, follow up with potential buyers, and build long-term relationships to ensure a positive client experience. The position includes working closely with team members, using internal tools and training materials, and collaborating with developers to present the best available offers.Qualifications Foundational understanding or strong interest in Real Estate and Real Estate Sales, with a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.Interest in obtaining or holding a valid Real Estate License, in line with local regulatory requirements.Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, including active listening, clear communication, and client-focused problem-solving.Motivated, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site sales environment.Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members, demonstrating professionalism and ethical conduct.Willingness to participate in training programs and apply feedback to improve performance.Basic proficiency with digital tools (e.g., email, CRM systems, office applications) to manage leads and documentation.Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
