This supportive environment positions The Address Investments as a trusted, trend-setting brand in the real estate industry.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a No Experience Real Estate Sales Specialist, ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in real estate. The specialist will engage with potential clients, understand their needs and budget, and present a range of suitable property options from multiple developments rather than focusing on a single project. Daily tasks include conducting property consultations, making calls and follow-ups, scheduling and attending client meetings and site visits, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role also involves coordinating with developers to obtain updated offers, prices, and project details, as well as supporting clients throughout the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Training, mentorship, and ongoing guidance will be provided to help new team members build strong sales, market knowledge, and customer relationship skills.Qualifications Foundational knowledge or strong interest in Real Estate and Real Property, with the motivation to learn market trends and project details quickly.Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service, including active listening, clear communication, and a client-centric approach.Interest or potential in Sales, including presenting options, handling objections, and supporting clients through decision-making.Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a relevant Real Estate License as required by local regulations.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for outstanding candidates.Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.Comfort working on-site in New Cairo, with flexibility to attend meetings and property visits as needed.Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM tools, email, and office applications for reporting and follow-up.Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
