Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Associate will be responsible for managing property listings, developing and nurturing client relationships, guiding clients through property visits, and negotiating sales agreements. Daily tasks include prospecting for new leads, providing top-tier customer service, and staying updated on current real estate market trends to provide clients with accurate, valuable advice. QualificationsReal Estate License and familiarity with local real property regulationsProficiency in Real Estate sales processes and market dynamicsExcellent Customer Service skills with a client-first approachStrong Sales skills, including negotiation and interpersonal communicationAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organizational and time-management skillsBachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred
