Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Sales Supervisor. The role involves overseeing and guiding the sales team to achieve performance targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing support and mentorship to the team, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth transaction processes. The supervisor will also monitor market trends and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve sales practices.
