The Sales Specialist will engage prospective and existing clients, present property offerings, and guide customers through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves coordinating closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and a smooth client experience. The Sales Specialist will also monitor market trends, attend training sessions, and contribute feedback to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships.Demonstrated Sales experience in real estate or a related sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Exposure to Sales Management practices, such as pipeline management, reporting, and working with KPIs.Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and market trends.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office or equivalent productivity software.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, including evenings or weekends when required by business needs.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills, with a customer-centric and ethical approach to selling.
