The selected individual will oversee sales operations, manage and motivate a sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain relationships with clients and developers. Additional responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing strategic guidance to optimize sales outcomes.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Real Estate principles, Real Property, and market trendsProven experience in Sales and providing excellent Customer ServiceProficiency in team leadership, setting goals, and managing sales strategiesStrong organizational, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to monitor team performance and foster a collaborative work environmentProficiency in CRM tools and sales performance software is a plus
