This role is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, representing buyers and sellers, and guiding clients through property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and presenting property listings, coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. The Real Estate Salesperson will build and manage a pipeline of clients, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure all activities comply with local real estate regulations and company policies. The role requires consistent on-site presence to meet clients, visit properties, and stay informed about neighborhood and market developments.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills related to real estate practice, such as Real Estate, Real Property, and a valid Real Estate License (or eligibility to obtain one according to local regulations).Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, active listening, and professional client support.Candidates should ideally have knowledge of the local Cairo real estate market and familiarity with residential and commercial property types.Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency in basic office and CRM software, and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous for client communication and documentation.
