The Real Estate Sales Associate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by conducting property viewings, sharing accurate information, and answering client questions. Daily tasks include generating and following up on leads, maintaining a client database, and coordinating with colleagues and management to close deals. The role involves researching local market trends, preparing basic sales offers or documentation under supervision, and ensuring that property listings are accurate and up to date. The Real Estate Sales Associate will provide professional customer service, attend meetings and trainings, and represent August Real Estate in a positive and reliable manner.Qualifications Foundational real estate knowledge, including familiarity with Real Estate and Real Property concepts.Possession of, or strong willingness and eligibility to obtain, a Real Estate License as required by local regulations.Sales-oriented mindset with basic Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation support, and closing assistance.Customer Service skills to build rapport, handle inquiries professionally, and support clients throughout the property process.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly in person, by phone, and in writing.High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions and property visits.Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, office software, and online listing platforms; prior CRM exposure is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.Previous sales, customer-facing, or internship experience is beneficial but not required; motivation to learn the real estate field is essential.
