Welcome patients upon admission and orient them to room facilities, assistance procedures, and available servicesMaintain a comprehensive and organized filing system for the assigned unitPrepare and print reports, letters, administrative instructions, and required documentationOrganize and maintain medical and administrative records required for unit operationsPrint and manage patient-related reports such as medical history, consultations, and nutrition listsRecord and enter daily patient-related supplies and materialsTake meeting minutes and ensure proper documentation is maintainedRespond to patient call bells and notify nursing staff accordinglyAnswer phone calls, take accurate messages, and communicate them to relevant parties in a timely manner Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare settingExcellent interpersonal skillsProficiency in written and spoken Arabic and EnglishStrong command of MS Office applicationsStrong organizational and time management skillsBasic knowledge of medical terminologyPhysical ability to stand, move for extended periods, and carry light items when neededCommitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of patient and unit information
