Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and friendly manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.Provide information and assistance to guests and employees as needed.Support office management with ordering supplies and inventory tracking.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
