Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support business objectives.
