This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing front-desk operations in a professional and courteous manner. The Receptionist Sales team member will support the sales function by handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with basic administrative and clerical tasks. Daily activities include providing accurate information about projects, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients and guests. The role also involves maintaining a tidy reception area, handling correspondence, and supporting office logistics as needed.QualificationsPrevious experience in reception, front office, or sales support roles, preferably in real estate or customer-facing environments.Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills to manage front-desk operations and administrative tasks efficiently.Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, inquiries, and client interactions professionally.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to deliver a welcoming, solution-oriented experience to visitors and clients.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo with a high level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail.Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort learning new systems.Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
