The organization’s vision is to grow into an international boutique developer recognized for unique, high-quality projects and lasting client relationships.Role Description The Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for leading and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets. This role includes supervising daily sales operations, monitoring pipelines, and ensuring accurate reporting of leads and closed deals. The Sales Supervisor will coach, train, and motivate team members, while promoting excellent customer service and consistent follow-up with prospective and existing clients. The role also involves collaborating with management on sales strategies, analyzing market trends and client feedback, and ensuring that company policies and standards are met throughout the sales process.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.Candidates should possess Team Management and Training skills to lead, develop, and support sales staff in achieving individual and team goals.Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships, respond effectively to client needs, and represent the company professionally.Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications is an advantage.
