The Sales Manager oversees the sales team, sets and tracks sales targets, and ensures consistent achievement of revenue goals for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading negotiations, preparing proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role involves monitoring market trends, coordinating with marketing and operations teams on campaigns and product positioning, and providing regular performance reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager also coaches and develops sales staff, ensures adherence to company policies and ethical standards, and represents the brand professionally in client meetings and events.QualificationsProven experience in sales management, ideally within real estate or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals, with a consultative and customer-centric approach.Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, including performance management and coaching for continuous improvement.Solid business acumen, including understanding of market trends, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Comfort with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic MS Office applications.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.High level of integrity, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work on-site in New Cairo with flexible hours when needed.
