Greet members and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide information about membership options & Services.Assist members with class registrations, appointment scheduling, and billing inquiries.Maintain member records and ensure all information is up-to-date in the database.Collect membership fees, process payments, and issue receipts as needed.Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.Assist with the organization and coordination of fitness center events, promotions, and special programs.Monitor the front desk area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Candidates are limited to female applicants only, as this position is based in a fully women-only work environment.Minimum 1 year of experience in reception or customer service, preferably within the gym or hospitality industries.Flexible to work on a rotational shifts Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional appearance.Proficiency in MS Office and basic operational reporting.Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule with rotational weekends.
