The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified talent aligned with the company’s needs and values. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with department managers to create job descriptions, identifying and engaging qualified candidates, managing the hiring process, and maintaining a candidate pipeline. Additionally, the role entails ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment regulations. QualificationsExperience in talent sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting strategiesStrong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment databasesProficiency in communication, relationship-building, and collaborationFamiliarity with labor laws and hiring compliance standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring deadlinesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plusProficiency in English and Arabic is strongly preferred
