The role requires strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build customer loyalty while contributing to the overall success of the store.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer ServiceWelcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and outfits.Achieve individual and store sales targets.Promote new collections, seasonal items, and ongoing promotions.Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.Store OperationsEnsure merchandise is properly displayed according to visual merchandising standards.Replenish stock on the sales floor and maintain product availability.Assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing new merchandise.Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store.Participate in inventory counts and stock audits as required.Product KnowledgeStay updated on product features, fabric types, sizing, styling, and fashion trends.Provide accurate product information and styling advice to customers.Demonstrate knowledge of current collections and promotional campaigns.Cash Handling & POS OperationsProcess sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.Handle cash, card, and other payment methods according to company procedures.Support exchange and return transactions in line with company policies.QualificationsBachelor's Degree is required (Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field is preferred).Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Previous experience in retail sales, fashion retail, or customer service is preferred.Good command of English (preferred).Basic computer and POS system skills.Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales and customer service skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Passion for fashion and retail trends.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.Teamwork and collaboration.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Professional appearance and attitude.How to apply:Send your CV to: duaayasser@bowline-co.comor Whatsapp: 01027756800
