The team emphasizes personalized treatment plans, safety, and discretion, supported by modern facilities and cutting-edge technologies.Role Description The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical, administrative, and support roles at Perfect Doctors Clinic. This full-time, on-site position in Dubai includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing offer and onboarding processes. The Recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines, post and update job ads, and use various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to attract qualified candidates. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate HR and recruitment records, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and clinic policies.Qualifications Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection for clinical and non-clinical roles.Strong skills in candidate screening, competency-based interviewing, and assessment of qualifications and cultural fit.Ability to use applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and online recruitment platforms efficiently.Knowledge of UAE labor laws, hiring practices, and HR compliance requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Experience recruiting in healthcare, aesthetics, or clinical environments is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
