The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include posting job advertisements, maintaining candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a structured, fair selection process. The role will also involve collaborating with department leaders to understand workforce needs, supporting employer branding efforts, and providing a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The Recruiter will regularly prepare recruitment reports, track key hiring metrics, and help refine hiring processes to support the company’s growth.QualificationsExperience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.Experience: 6 months to 1 yearStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Ability to work with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, and to maintain accurate, organized candidate records.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open roles and deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience recruiting in financial services or investment-related industries is an advantage.Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is preferred.
