This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Recruitment Specialist will draft and post job descriptions, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Daily tasks include collaborating with department leaders to understand hiring needs, updating recruitment trackers, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires.
