Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.Lead, coach, and supervise Area Sales Managers to achieve sales and collection targets.Monitor and evaluate sales performance across all territories within the region.Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to drive business growth.Ensure effective implementation of sales plans, and promotional activities.Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.Review regional sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports, and provide recommendations to senior management.Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables and support the resolution of major collection issues. 10–14 years of sales experience, including experience managing multiple territories or sales teams.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.Car is a must.
