From shaping market strategies to delivering results, you will play a key role in accelerating our expansion in the region.If you’re passionate about building markets, driving performance, and making a real impact in an international environment… this is your opportunity.Main Responsibilities Commercial strategy execution and business developmentLead and execute Fini’s commercial strategy across Egypt and North Africa through appointed distributors.Drive sales growth, profitability, market share, and distribution expansion in line with business objectives.Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and channel development.Ensure alignment between market activities and global/regional strategic priorities. Market performance and planningDeliver results across key KPIs, including sales, margins, distribution, and execution quality.Develop annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for each market.Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and define corrective action plans.Provide regular reporting and performance reviews to senior management. Distributor management and execution excellenceManage distributor performance end-to-end, ensuring compliance with agreed objectives and KPIs.Oversee forecasting accuracy, stock levels, and overall supply efficiency in the market.Drive excellence in in-store execution, visibility, and promotional activities.Build strong partnerships with distributors, ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key account development and market executionSupport the development of key accounts and strategic customers in the region.Partner with distributors to strengthen negotiation, execution, and customer relationships.Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing and promotional plans.Monitor competition, pricing, and market dynamics to ensure competitiveness. Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordinationCollaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure alignment and execution consistency.Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making.Act as the key point of contact for the region, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
