Role PurposeManage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by delivering tailored banking solutions, deepening relationships, and driving sustainable revenue across lending, CASA, trade finance, and treasury products while maintaining strong credit quality and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.Build long-term trusted relationships with key decision makers (CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers).Conduct regular client visits to understand business cycles, cash flows, and banking needs.Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.Business Development & Revenue GrowthGrow portfolio revenues through cross-selling of working capital & term loans, trade finance products, Cash management & CASA mobilization, Treasury & FX solutions, Acquire new-to-bank corporate relationships.Credit & Risk ManagementPrepare high-quality credit proposals and annual reviews.Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and industry risks.Monitor account conduct, limits utilization, and early warning signals.Ensure portfolio quality within bank’s risk appetite.Portfolio MonitoringTrack client performance versus projections.Follow up on overdue payments, documentation, and covenant compliance.Maintain updated client files and KYC documentation.Internal CoordinationCoordinate with Credit, Trade Finance, Operations, and Treasury teams for seamless service delivery.Expedite client requests and ensure timely turnaround.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceMinimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Banking Or Investment BankingCredit Course is mandatoryCFA will be a plusFinancial analysisNegotiation skillsRelationship management skillsPortfolio management and problem solving
