Responsibilities:Sales Management:Responsible for maintaining existing and development of new relationships with corporate clients.Increase company’s portfolio through attracting new clientsIdentify potential Clients in line with company strategy and formulate appropriate accounts strategies for both existing and target clients to maximize earning potential for the company.Daily Follow up on the client’s requirementCoordinates with all departments in the company to facilitate the workflowMaximizes profitable sales, and achieves quantitative and qualitative sales objectives established and agreed with superiorsConducts an effective sales approachGathers market information and identifies sales leadsGathers market information on all the competitive SME’s companies in the market.Conducts cold calls and scoping visits and discussionsPrepares and negotiates offersDocuments sales activities through call reports, and inputs client data into the system.Client Relationship Management:Establishes / reinforces personal and company credibilityRemains up to date on clients’ future plans, and saturates the relationship with them through multiple sellingMonitors accounts’ performance in terms of growth, profitability, and collection track recordIdentifies and develops relations with new clientsProactively attempts to regain attractive client accounts that were lost in the pastAddresses complaints filed by clientsFollows-up on the collection of receivables of past-due clientsEnsures timely and accurate call reportingCredit Management:Responsible for credit write up and credit approval coordinating with relevant departments in deal closing/ loan documentation and reviewPreparing full Credit Packages with In-Depth Financial Analysis and Projections. Responsible for directly handling all credit package write-ups and credit analysis for assigned clients as well as appraising cash flow and financial risk of capital investment projects.Undertakes cash flow forecasting and balance sheet and P&L to conclude the ability and credit worthiness of a business to repay its requested facility by analyzing the company's financial statements.Development of employee’s Performance:Manage subordinate staff performance through appropriate performance planning, coaching and performance reviews.Creating the best environment for growth and development of staff, where team morale remains high and the team are motivated to perform well.Effectively communicating current activities and policies.Ensuring performance improvement for the team through developing staff knowledge and skills and growing capability of the team through training, professional development and proactively managing poor performance and behaviors.Holding regular one-on-one meetings with team members.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field. 7-10 Year’s of experience, SME’s background is a must.Credit Certified.
