About Us:We are one of the leading companies in the medical equipment, devices, and supplies industry in the GCC region, providing high-quality solutions and services to healthcare providers.Job Overview:We are seeking a Learning & Organization Development Senior Specialist to design, lead, and enhance company-wide learning, performance, and organizational development initiatives. The role focuses on building capabilities, developing structures and systems, and supporting cultural and performance excellence across the organization. This role plays a vital part in developing employee programs and aligning all HR systems with our long-term strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end cycle of training and development, from needs assessment to delivery and impact measurement.Conduct job analysis and support the development and continuous updating of job descriptions to ensure role clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.Manage the full cycle of job evaluation exercises and support the implementation and maintenance of grading structures and salary scales in coordination with HR.Design, review, and enhancement of the organization structure to support business strategy, efficiency, and growth.Draft, review, and update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HR policies and procedures, HR manual, and Employee Handbook, in alignment with labor law and internal guidelines.Establish and implement the entire cycle of KPI setting and performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Design and implement organization development initiatives such as engagement programs, and talent development interventions.Analyze HR and performance data to provide insights and recommendations on learning, performance, and organizational development improvements.Partner with HR Manager and line managers to ensure effective implementation of learning and OD initiatives and to provide expert guidance.Support communication and awareness campaigns related to HR policies, performance management, and development programs.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).Professional certification in HR, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, KPI) is preferred.5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong knowledge of training design and evaluation, performance management frameworks, and OD concepts and tools.Experience in drafting HR policies, procedures, and manuals.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into practical actions.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.High level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to take the lead and show initiative, working with high self-motivation and minimal supervision.What We Offer:Competitive salary and health insurance coverage.
