The agent will support clients in buying and selling resale properties, including conducting property viewings, explaining listing details, and answering client inquiries. Daily tasks include maintaining updated property listings, following up with potential buyers and sellers, and coordinating meetings and negotiations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes, preparing basic documentation under supervision, and keeping records organized. Both individuals with no prior experience and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply, as training and guidance will be provided.QualificationsAbility to communicate clearly with clients, listen actively to their needs, and present information in a professional manner.Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship-building, customer service orientation, and a respectful approach to diverse clients.Basic organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple property inquiries and follow up promptly.Willingness to learn real estate market basics, property valuation concepts, and resale procedures; prior real estate experience is an advantage but not required.Comfort using phones, messaging apps, and basic computer tools to manage listings, client data, and schedules.High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.Fluency in Arabic required; good command of English is an asset.High school diploma required; a university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
