The Real Estate Sales professional will manage property listings, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying and selling process. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective buyers and sellers, following up on leads, negotiating offers, and preparing necessary documentation. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive client experience from first contact through closing.QualificationsCandidates should possess relevant real estate qualifications, such as a Real Estate License and practical Real Property knowledge.Candidates should possess strong Real Estate industry expertise and familiarity with resale transactions.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in resale properties.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and maintain reliable access to a car for client visits and property tours.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
