The role involves leading and mentoring a sales team focused on resale properties, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to achieve revenue goals. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals. The person in this role will develop and implement sales strategies, coordinate with marketing and operations teams, and prepare regular sales reports. They will also be responsible for training team members, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the local real estate market.QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales, particularly resale properties, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and performance monitoring.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.Solid understanding of the New Cairo real estate market and current property trends.Ability to develop sales strategies, analyze data, and prepare clear, concise reports.Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.Comfortable working on-site and engaging directly with clients and team members.Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for managing leads and sales activities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Integrity, customer-focused mindset, and commitment to maintaining a safe and trustworthy community for property transactions.
