The postholder is responsible for designing and delivering structured, evidence-based instruction in research methodology, academic writing, study skills, and digital literacy across both the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the IB Diploma Programme (DP). This is an active teaching role requiring lesson planning, delivery, assessment, and feedback. The postholder is not a support assistant, a cover supervisor, or an administrative coordinator. They are expected to deliver engaging, structured lessons to MYP and DP students at a standard consistent with GISC's teaching and learning expectations, and to demonstrate the professional presence, pedagogical expertise, and personal initiative required of any Secondary teacher at this school.
