We’re Hiring | R&D Manager – Pharmaceutical IndustryA leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead pharmaceutical product development activities while ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:• Lead formulation and development of new pharmaceutical products• Prepare CTD dossiers and support product registration• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines• Manage technology transfer to production• Conduct stability studies and validation activities• Collaborate with regulatory and production teams• Provide technical troubleshooting support• Lead, mentor, and develop the R&D teamQualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy• 10–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D• Strong experience in formulation development and product registration• Solid knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Project management and leadership capabilities• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills• Good command of English (written & spoken)
