Consumer & Market InsightsLead the design, execution, and analysis of consumer research projects (qualitative & quantitative).Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for brand and category teams.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and shopper behavior.Forecasting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain demand forecasting models for key product categories.Partner with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate volume projections.Use statistical tools and predictive analytics to anticipate market shifts.Strategic SupportProvide insights to guide marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio optimization.Support innovation pipeline with consumer testing and market feasibility studies.Present findings to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions.Collaboration & LeadershipAct as the internal expert on research methodologies and forecasting techniques.Manage relationships with external research agencies and vendors. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.5–7 years of experience in market research agencies (Nielsen, Ipsos, Kantar, etc.) is a must.Strong expertise in consumer panel data, retail audits, and advanced forecasting models.Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, Python, or equivalent) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Strong business acumen and understanding of FMCG dynamics.
