In this supervisory role, you will oversee reservation operations, lead a team of reservation agents, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our guests. You will be responsible for managing daily reservations, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a supportive work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and organizational excellence.Supervise and manage the daily activities of the reservation team, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standardsMonitor reservation systems and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy in booking managementHandle complex customer inquiries and resolve reservation-related issues with professionalism and empathyTrain, mentor, and provide performance feedback to reservation staff to support their professional developmentAnalyze reservation data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimizationMaintain accurate records and documentation of all reservations and customer interactionsCoordinate with other departments including front desk, housekeeping, and management to ensure seamless guest experiencesEnsure compliance with company procedures and hospitality industry standardsManage peak periods and staffing schedules to maintain service quality during high-demand seasonsGenerate reports on reservation metrics, team performance, and operational KPIs for management reviewQualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a reservation or hospitality environmentProven supervisory or team leadership experienceProficiency with reservation management systems and hotel property management softwareStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a teamExcellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification or training preferredFluency in English; additional language skills (Arabic preferred) are advantageousKnowledge of the Hurghada tourism market and hospitality industry standards is a plusAdditional InformationArabic & English language is a must
