We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Catering Reservation Specialist to manage all catering inquiries, bookings, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have good English communication skills, deep knowledge of food & beverage, and the ability to deliver outstanding service to clients.Key Responsibilities:Handle all catering reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.Advise clients on menu selection, buffet styles, beverage packages, and event setups based on their needs and preferences.Prepare and send quotes, contracts, and event orders (BEOs) with accurate details.Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.Manage booking calendars, track event details, and update reservation systems (CRM / PMS).Upsell additional services (e.g., premium menus, décor, extra hours) to maximize revenue.Respond to special dietary requirements (halal, vegetarian, gluten‑free, etc.) and ensure they are communicated to the kitchen.Maintain strong relationships with clients, handle complaints professionally, and ensure guest satisfaction.Follow up with clients post‑event to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
