We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end internal supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for managing purchasing, warehouse operations, inventory control, and demand forecasting to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning supply with business needs, minimizing waste, and maintaining high standards in storage and product handling—especially within a quality-driven food environment.Key Responsibilities:Procurement & PurchasingManage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, and contractsSource high-quality raw materials and packaging in line with brand standardsMonitor market trends and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions Inventory & Warehouse ManagementOversee warehouse operations, storage systems, and stock organizationEnsure proper handling, storage conditions, and FIFO/FEFO complianceMonitor stock levels and reduce waste, shrinkage, and overstockingDemand Planning & ForecastingDevelop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, seasonality, and business trendsAlign purchasing plans with forecasted demand and production needsCollaborate with sales and production teams to anticipate fluctuationProcess Optimization & ReportingImplement systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracyTrack KPIs (stock turnover, wastage, availability, procurement costs)Generate regular reports and insights to support decision-makingCross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with production, finance, and retail teams to ensure smooth operationsEnsure supply chain supports new product launches and promotions Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field4–7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management (F&B or retail preferred)Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and forecasting skillsSolid understanding of inventory management systems and ERP toolsExperience in supplier negotiation and cost controlStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail, especially in stock and storage handlingAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPreferred:Experience in food production, hospitality, or FMCGKnowledge of food safety standards and storage requirementsFamiliarity with demand planning tools or advanced Excel
