The role ensures that project execution complies with contract requirements, design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, budget constraints, and project schedules while serving as the primary point of contact between the client, contractor, and project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the construction supervision team assigned to the project.Oversee all site supervision activities to ensure successful project delivery.Direct Senior Engineers, Site Engineers, Inspectors, and support staff.Ensure project objectives related to quality, time, cost, and safety are achieved.Coordinate with the Projects Director on strategic and critical project matters.Ensure compliance with contract conditions, specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.Review and recommend approval of contractor submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and material approvals.Monitor contractor performance and contractual obligations.Review and provide recommendations regarding variation orders, claims, and extension of time requests.Serve as the primary project representative to the client on-site.Chair project progress meetings and coordination meetings.Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders.Resolve project issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.Prepare and submit periodic project performance reports.Ensure timely reporting of delays, issues, and corrective actions.Ensure compliance with quality management procedures and project specifications.Monitor implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.Conduct site inspections and audits.Ensure prompt resolution of non-conformance issues.Manage project supervision resources effectively.Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and development.Support workforce planning and staffing requirements.Promote a collaborative and high-performance project culture.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related Engineering discipline.15–18 years of experience in construction supervision and project management.Minimum 5 years in a leadership role on large-scale projects.Strong experience in managing multidisciplinary supervision teams.Excellent knowledge of contract administration and construction practices.Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and project controls.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Proficiency in project reporting and stakeholder management.
