Our commitment to excellence and technical rigor has shaped some of the most prominent infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects in the region.Job Summary:Supervise and manage the installation and execution of mechanical works on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all mechanical systems are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards — while maintaining coordination with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:Supervise the on-site execution of mechanical works to ensure compliance with design specifications, approved shop drawings, and project requirements.Review contractor submittals, method statements, and material approvals for compliance.Monitor daily work progress and report deviations or delays to the Site Manager.Conduct inspections and quality checks on HVAC, and firefighting, Elevators, escalators , pumps and all related systems.Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (civil, electrical, architectural) to avoid conflicts and resolve technical issues.Ensure safety protocols and site regulations are followed during mechanical installations.Attend coordination and progress meetings with contractors and consultants.Review and verify as-built drawings and project documentation submitted by contractors.Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support on-site.Prepare site reports, snag lists, and follow-up on corrective actions.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.8+ years of experience in mechanical site supervision or execution within large-scale projects.Strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.Familiarity with local and international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).Strong experience with project documentation and quality control procedures.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; Revit MEP and Navisworks knowledge is a plus.Ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure site coordination.Excellent communication and site reporting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
